You may have questions not on this page, please contact me with any. At the end of the Q & A are resources for your use.

How do I make an appointment for therapy?

Please text or email. Make sure to leave your name on any text or it will be deleted.  Text to 773 230 5109 or email to [email protected]

What are your fees for therapy?

My fees can vary, based on your financial circumstances. I use a “sliding scale.” My fees can be made affordable for most people.

Do you take insurance?

I am currently authorized for Medicare, United Behavioral Health, Aetna, Humana and Magellan. I am part of the Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) administered by Compsych.

If your insurance carrier is not listed above, please ask me and if I can, I will sign up to be on their “panel.” Until then, I can provide you a “bill” so that you can be reimbursed for an “out of network” provider

How can I pay you?

If you are paying directly or making a co-payment, you can use cash or check, Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle (Zellepay). Contact me for any email information needed, as it is different than the contact for this practice.

What if I miss an appointment?

Generally, you are missing an appointment because something has come up of an urgent nature. If you “just forget,” you will be charged for a session. If you use insurance, be aware that they will not pay for this and so, I will bill  you directly.

How do I arrange for Life Events like unions, marriage, namings, funerals, house blessings and other situations I am unsure of?

Please contact me at by text at 773. 230. 5109 ~ leave your name, the kind of ceremony/ ritual/ life event that you are considering and the date you are wanting, and your best contact number or email.

We will discuss what you are looking for and establish fees that work for you.
